MYTVS (DONGLE)
These Terms and Conditions form part of the use of the myTVS (“Dongle”) and the report that shall be generated by the Dongle for the customer(“Customer”) by KI Mobility Solutions Private limited (“Company”) in pursuance of the request by the Customer for obtaining the statistics or real time tracking of the passenger vehicle (“Vehicle”).
- The Dongle is a diagnostic tool which is used to monitor your Vehicle’s performance and will notify the present condition of the Vehicle and covers only the aspects that are diagnosable by the Dongle. The report or alert generated by the Dongle is sent to the command center of the Company.
- Each MyTVS member is entitled to get one Dongle per membership which will be inserted and activated by the Company’s technician. If the Dongle gets damaged or corrupted or if any physical damage occurs to the same, it will be replaced only on a chargeable basis subject to availability.
- The report or alert so generated is not intended to serve as a repair guide nor provides any warranties or guarantees on the working or non-working of any spare part or mechanism of the Vehicle. It is advised that the findings of the report or alert should be read and correlated with the findings of a qualified vehicle technician or the authorized service centre of the Vehicle.
- This report or alert is generated by the Company using the Dongle for the sole purpose of monitoring the condition and performance of the Vehicle and shall be used only in case of any necessary servicing.
- The report or alert generated using the Dongle is a general inspection report of the Vehicle on an As Is and As Available basis and may contain unintended errors or omissions. Such errors, if noticed, must be brought to the notice of the Company at the earliest.
- The activity of the Dongle shall be limited to the quality assessment of the Vehicle and assistance in generation of the report to the Customer. Any other services obtained by the Customer before, during or after obtaining of the report or alert generated from the Dongle shall be governed by the terms and conditions pertaining to the respective services
- Customer acknowledges that there may be defects/faults in the mechanism or parts of the Vehicle or sporadic issues which may not be detectable using diagnostic tools such as the Dongle and may require in-depth and detailed investigation by the technicians which require removal of parts. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or expenses caused to the Customer owing to such undiscovered defects or issues.
- No warranties or specific recommendations are made concerning the use of any device or spare part by the report or alert generated by the Dongle. Customer is advised to contact the service centre for further information regarding the same.
- The report or alert so generated is intended to be used only as an assistive tool in the overall decision making process pertaining to the Vehicle and should not be considered as sole decision making criterion or the final recommendation for any purpose. The Company shall not be liable and shall not be made liable with respect to any disputes pertaining to the cost or condition of the Vehicle.
- The report or alert so generated is for the sole use and reference of the Customer. Customer expressly agrees that the Company, its affiliates or subsidiaries shall not be liable for any real or perceived, direct, indirect, consequential etc. losses caused to the Customer or the Vehicle due to any act or omission by the Customer or any third party relying on the report or alert.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Dongle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Chennai.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how Ki Mobility Solutions Private Limited (“the Company” or “We” or Us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects Personal Information of individuals that the Company collects in connection with the Company’s services, this website or myTVS mobile app.
I. Introduction and scope:
Any person logging on to or using this website or myTVS mobile app ("User or You") is deemed to have read the terms and conditions mentioned herein and agreed to the collection and processing of their Personal Information as described herein.
If You do not agree to the collection and processing of Your Personal Information, You are free to not provide the Personal Information sought by Us for collection and processing, in which case We shall have the option not to provide the services for which the said Personal Information was sought.
II. Personal Information Collected by Us
What is Personal Information:
“Personal Information” means any information relating to a natural person which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information, is capable of identifying such person, which can include the following:
i. Information about the individual’s personal identity inter alia as name, age, sex, etc.
ii. His/her contact details such as address, postal code, telephone or mobile number and facsimile;
iii. User ID information such as username, email address and other security-related information used by an individual in relation to access and use this website or myTVS mobile app and its content, user id of social networks, etc.
Personal Information directly provided by the User:
i. When You access or use any of the services on the Company website or myTVS mobile app, We collect sign-up and account information such as Your name, phone number, physical address and e-mail ID.
ii. When You use Our location-enabled services i.e., myTVS Life360, We collect information about Your actual location and about things near Your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers and Bluetooth-enabled devices, through GPS and other sensor data from Your device (“Location Data”).
iii. When You sign-up for Our services and use the myTVS app, We may collect Sensitive Personal Data or Information (as defined in Section 3 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011) such as Your password for security purposes and You authorize Us to do so by agreeing to this Privacy Policy.
iv. When You register for an event, webinar or contest, We Collect Your contact information, such as Your full name, email, phone and location. When You register through a registration form on Our Website, We may collect information such as IP address and location.
v. When You request customer support, We collect Your name, device information or any other Personal Information You may provide Us in the course of such interaction.
vi. When You submit certain information to Our services, such as filling out a survey about Your user experience or feedback, We collect Personal Information You have provided as part of it.
vii. When You enter information in the landing pages of this website which is used by marketing teams, We collect Your contact information, such as Your full name, email, phone and location.
viii. When You apply for an employment opportunity with Us through Our online recruitment system, We collect Your contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number; any other information You volunteer, including during any interview or Your interactions with Us and contained in the resume that You submit to Us.
ix. We collect supply chain management data, including Personal Information of individual contractors, agents and of account managers, resellers and staff of third-party suppliers who provide services to Us.
x. We may collect Personal Information about You that Our Affiliates share with Us.
Personal Information not provided directly by You:
i. When You are a visitor of this website, We collect Your device and Your usage of Our website or emails (such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or other identifiers as described in the section “Cookie Policy”
ii. When You use and interact with Our services, We collect Your device type, and the operating system version and Your usage of Our services through log files and other technologies, some of which may qualify as Personal Information.
iii. We may collect Your Personal Information (a) from third party sources that share such information with Us, such as providers of lists of potential service users without breach of any confidentiality clause; or (b) that is available on public platforms.
iv. When You subscribe to Our services, We collect transaction confirmation and completion details from Our banking and credit card partners.
v. When You use certain services on the myTVS mobile app, We collect insurance policy details that insurers may share with Us.
vi. We may also collect or receive Your Personal Information from other sources such as Our business or channel partners through whom You create or access Your account,
vii. When You authorize Us to connect with a third-party service, We will access and store Your Personal Information that the third-party service makes available to Us, which may include Your email address, location or profile information.
III. Purposes for Which Personal Information will be Collected and Used
We collect and use Your Personal Information to:
i. Enable Your access to and use of Our services and process the transaction and to fulfil booking requests with service centers.
ii. Enable Us to offer features like nearest service centers, vehicle location to provide emergency breakdown assistance and vehicle tracking information for Dongle fitted vehicles
iii. Respond to User’s requests for service brochures, to customize and improve communication content, or for marketing or brand promotion
iv. For analysis and development activities (including data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to improve Our services and facilities in order to enhance Your relationship with Us or for Your benefit, or to improve any of our Service(s) for Your benefit. It may also be used to provide User with helpful offers and information on myTVS products and services.
v. Provide support in relation to Your use of Our Services (for example, mailing information in response to Your request for a service request or to follow up on a query or complaint).
vi. To organize events or for other marketing/ promotional activities and ensure that any event, webinar or contest You register for is conducted in a secure and effective manner.
vii. Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to this website and/or myTVS app, and other illegal activities;
viii. Evaluate You for any position that You have applied for or that We may consider You at the time that You submitted Your resume or on a later date.
ix. Perform Our obligations or receive products/services in accordance with any contract that We may have with You or Your organization;
x. Manage Our relationship with You or Your organization;
IV. Sharing of Personal Information
Like many businesses, Company uses a range of service providers to help us maximize the quality and efficiency of our services and our business operations. This means that individuals and organizations outside of Company, such as mail houses, will sometimes have access to Personal Information held by Company and may use it on behalf of Company. We require our service providers to adhere to strict data protection requirements.
We may share Your Personal Information with:
i. Our Affiliates, companies that We will acquire in the future when they are made Our Affiliates, and third-party service providers so that they may offer You Our services, support in connection with Our services and/or to send information or updates on the services
ii. Credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases
iii. Our third-party service providers that host and maintain this website, Our applications, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services. These third-party service providers may have access to or use Your Personal Information for the purpose of providing these services to Us.
iv. Third-party providers who assist Us in marketing and promotions
v. Third party organisers or sponsors that assist Us with the organisation of events, webinars, contests
vi. External recruiters and organizations like those that do employee background checks on Our behalf and on behalf of Our group entities.

Third parties involved in a corporate transaction., If Company becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all its assets, then, in accordance with applicable laws, Company will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any transfer of Personal Information to an unaffiliated third party.
ix. Law enforcement authorities, government authorities, courts, dispute resolution bodies, regulators, auditors, and any party appointed or requested by applicable regulators to carry out investigations or audits of Our activities.
x. Professional advisors who advise and assist Us in enforcing Our contracts and policies, handling Our claims, effective management of Our company and in relation to any disputes We may become involved in.
V. Retention of Personal Information
We retain the Personal Information collected for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is collected, or for as long as we are required to retain them in accordance with applicable law or regulation.
In the absence of a need to retain Personal Information, We will either delete it or aggregate it, or, if this is not possible then We will securely store Your Personal Information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
VI. Security of Information
We use We use appropriate and reasonable security measures to protect the Personal Information that We collect and Process. Such measures include SSL encryption; the industry standard security measures for transactions made over the internet. Further, data is secured in a secure data center environment and We use sophisticated detection and intrusion technologies to ensure that there are no network security breaches.
VII. Your Rights
You are entitled to the following rights:
i. You can request Us for access and correction of Your Personal Information.
ii. You can request Us to delete Your Personal Information and We will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless We need to keep it for legal or statutory reasons as mentioned above.
iii. If We have collected and used Your Sensitive Personal Data or Information SPDI with Your consent, then You can withdraw Your consent at any time. Withdrawing Your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any Our use of Your Personal Information prior to Your withdrawal, nor will it affect use of Your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful grounds other than consent.
iv. You have the right to opt-out of marketing communications We send You at any time by contacting Us.

We will verify any requests before acting on the request and respond to all requests We receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable laws.

The Company stores data in India primarily but may transfer Your Personal Information outside India in compliance with applicable laws in India. All visitors to this web site are responsible for compliance with all Indian laws applicable to them with respect to the content and operation of this website or myTVS mobile app.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
These terms and conditions represent the agreement between TVS Auto Assist (India) Limited (“TVS AA”) and the Member of TVS AA 24X7 Emergency Services Scheme as defined below.
Definitions:
Unless the subject or context otherwise requires the following words shall have the meanings given below:
Words importing the masculine gender shall be taken to include the feminine gender. Words in the singular shall be taken to include the plural and vice versa.
- ASP means the Authorised Service Provider who actually provides the services directly to the Member in terms of this Scheme.
- Breakdown means where the vehicle has developed either a mechanical or electrical failure or has suffered some accidental damage due to which it has become immobile
- Facilities means the facilities set out in the brochure which can be availed by a Member in terms of this Scheme.
- Geographical Area shall mean the list of locations mentioned in Schedule .A Company shall be entitled to add or modify the geographical area at its discretion
- Roadside means motorable roads with public access where the Vehicle might have been stranded or met with an accident.
- Scheme means the RSA Services under the MyTVS membership as modified from time to time.
- Towing means moving a vehicle with the help of prime mover when all four wheels are in a condition to roll.
- Vehicle means the CV or PV as applicable and defined above that has net with a break down.
- Wrecker means the vehicle used to position the Vehicle on the road and /or pull the vehicle with a prime move when one or more wheels are not in a rolling condition.
Membership:
- A Member is a person who applies for membership under this Scheme and whose membership is accepted by the Company.
- The RSA package is also available separately without this offer.
- Membership to RSA services shall be specific only to the Vehicle and you can avail the RSA services under the membership only for the Vehicle it is registered against. However, if you are a Gold Card / Platinum Card member, you can opt to avail these services over and above the services under the Gold Card / Platinum Card. However, you cannot split the services in the Cards or membership for the same Vehicle to your other Vehicles, neither can you avail the unutilized services for your other vehicles.
- Membership Certificate: Membership is evidenced by a Certificate of Acceptance issued by the Company to the Member at the time of purchase of the MyTVS membership. The Member must quote the membership number for the Vehicle prescribed in the Certificate and quote this number every time in order to avail the facilities offered under the Scheme.
Vehicles covered:
For PVs, only Vehicles which are:
- up to 7 (seven) years old from the date of registration and have not exceeded 2,00,000 (two lakh) kilometres
- used for lawful activities
- owned by the Member
- driven by a licensed driver whose license is still in force and
- capable of being driven in public roadways in accordance with the laws for the time being in force shall be eligible for RSA under the membership.
Validity period:
- Membership to RSA shall correspond with the MyTVS membership and shall be valid for one (1) year from the date of activation, provided the membership is not cancelled / terminated before the date of expiry of the term.
- 4.2 No refund or Credit will be allowed in case of cancellation or termination of membership.
Mode of availing the Facilities:
- A Member who wishes to avail the Facilities offered by the Scheme shall call the number of the Call Centre – 1800 258 5100. The Call Centre shall arrange for the Facilities required by the Member after the Member establishes the identity and credentials of the Vehicle and Card number.
- All requests for the Facilities must be made only through the specified Call Centre. The Member cannot avail any Facility directly from the ASP without being routed through the Call Centre.
Clearance of Government Agencies:
- If the Vehicle is involved in any accident or event and clearance of government agencies such as police or other security forces is required for attending to the breakdown or removal of the Vehicle, the Member shall solely be responsible for obtaining the required consents and approvals from these agencies. Company or the authorized service providers shall not undertake the obtaining of such permissions. Member also agrees that no claim shall lie on the Company or the authorized service providers due to any delay or non-provision of services during such events.
Amounts payable by the Member:
- Details of the Facilities are set out in Schedule B.
- All payments due to the ASP as a result of the Member having availed the ASP's services shall be made directly to such ASP.
Exclusion of Liability of Company:
- The Member accepts and acknowledges that the Company does not render any services under the Scheme and its role and responsibility is limited to facilitating the Member in availing breakdown and repair services from the ASP at the place of break down or accident. The Member accepts and acknowledges that the above services availed by the Member are rendered only by respective ASP.
- 8Company shall be under no liability whatsoever to the Member in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in or non-delivery of, defect / deficiency in the services/parts provided by the respective service providers
- The ASPs are not agents of the Company and the Member shall deal with the ASPs directly, at his own risk and cost.
- Members are advised to take an acknowledgment from the ASP for the list of Accessories/ extra fittings and other belongings in the Vehicle at the time of ASP taking possession of the Vehicle and to verify these items when delivery is taken back by them. Claim for loss of /damage to items, if any, should be taken up with the ASP directly. Company shall not be responsible for any such claims, damage/loss or any deficiency of service of the ASP.
Force Majeure:
- Company or authorized service providers are not responsible for the non-performance of or delay in performance of the RSA services if such non-performance is due to Force Majeure situations. Force Majeure situations for RSA include but is not limited to acts of God like adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, changes in laws of the country or rules and regulations for the time being in force, orders of statutory or government authorities, war or war like situations, riots, industrial disputes, road blocks, traffic diversions, adverse weather conditions and every other circumstances beyond the control of the Company or the authorized service providers.
- Notwithstanding the above, in case of natural calamities, the services rendered by the Company will be chargeable to the Member.
Breach and termination:
- Company is entitled to terminate the RSA Membership by notice in writing to the Member in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions by the Member. The termination is without prejudice to the rights of the Company to recover from the Member any loss directly or indirectly suffered by the Company as a result of the breach of the terms and conditions.
- Company is also entitled to terminate the Membership by notice in writing to the Member in the event
- if the vehicle owner or his agent misbehaves or uses abusive language, uses any threat or violence, against any of the employees / representatives of the Company or the employees / representatives of the authorized service providers.
- The Vehicle covered under the Scheme is confiscated by the relevant authorities, on charges of involvement in any unlawful activities.
- A Member may cancel the Membership on his/her own by surrendering his/her membership during its validity period. The Member will not be eligible for refund of any membership fee paid in the event of surrendering of Membership.
- Notwithstanding anything contained herein maximum liability of the Company or the maximum amount of damages payable by the Company shall be limited to the amount of membership fees paid by the Member for that particular year.
Exclusions:
- It is understood that the Company shall not in any case be liable in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of any defect/deficiency in service provided by the ASP.
- General Exclusions where Company or the ASP shall refuse services are mentioned in Schedule B.
Time taken:
- This refers to the time taken for the ASP to reach the breakdown/accident location on receipt of information
- Under normal conditions, the ASP shall reach the Member within a reasonable time. However the agreed timeframes are only indicative and are dependent on weather conditions, traffic situations, location of the breakdown site etc. While the Company and the ASP will put its best efforts to reach the break down/accident location within the above timeframes, this shall not be construed as guarantee by the Company or the ASP to reach the said location within indicated time frame.
Miscellaneous:
- It is understood that after the performance of any or all of the services contemplated herein the vehicle shall not become roadworthy. The repairs/services performed are only temporary and assistive in nature and the Member is advised to get the vehicle repaired at the workshop of his choice to make it completely roadworthy.
- Company shall not be responsible for any additional damage or loss to the vehicle or any additional scratches/dents caused to the vehicle due to any deficiency in service attributable to the ASP. Accordingly Company shall not be responsible for the fittings or any other belongings of the Member. The Member is advised to obtain an acknowledgement of the belongings/fittings and other details before the actual service are performed by the ASP.
- Company shall be entitled to add, delete, or modify the price or category of the Cards, services under the Scope of Services or list of Authorized Service Outlets in this package at its sole discretion. You are requested to check the Company website or get in touch with the outlet to know the updated information.
- The Company shall not be liable for any type of consequential, indirect, special or punitive losses, or any damages, cost, and expense by whatsoever name called or for any liabilities not directly caused by any breach of the Terms and Conditions.
- Notwithstanding anything contained herein the maximum liability of the Company or the maximum amount of damages payable by the Company shall be limited to the amount of Membership fees paid by the Member for the particular Validity Period.
- Courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any disputes and/or claims arising out of or in connection with this Scheme whether during its subsistence or thereafter.
FACILITIES OFFERED UNDER EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:
FOR PASSENGER VEHICLES
This refers to rendering assistance at the Roadside, when the Vehicle is stranded due to a break down or Accident. This package covers only the services mentioned under “Scope of services covered under RSA” and does not cover any other jobs/services not mentioned therein. The Member shall be entitled to avail five (5) instances of services during the validity period which shall comprise of three (3) repairs and two (2) accident related assistance. The following are the Services that can be availed by the PV Vehicle during the validity of the scheme:
- On Site Assistance: The authorized service provider can attend to minor mechanical and electrical faults which can be repaired on spot. Onsite repair includes (a) Battery Jump Start (b) Flat tyre Assistance (c) Fuse blown out etc. Labour charges shall not be charged. Any consumables used will have to be paid by Member on actuals.
- Fuel Assistance: If the vehicle becomes immobile due to empty fuel tank, the authorized service provider will support by arranging five (5) litres of fuel for the Vehicle. The labour cost and fuel charges shall be borne by the Member. This service shall be based on the availability of fuel locally.
- Towing:Where the Vehicle has met with an accident, authorized service provider will tow the vehicle to the nearest Authorized Service Outlet. Towing will be free for the first 15 kilometers on garage to garage basis and thereafter shall be chargeable at Rs 30/- per km. For accident cases towing will be initiated only when the Member completes the police formalities, if applicable.
- Mode of Towing:Based upon the location and the nature of breakdown, the authorized service provider will use different modes of towing like Flat-beds, Winch & tow truck, under lift or car to car
- Assistance over phone: Assistance shall be provided to the Member over the phone during breakdown for minor issues and basic trouble shooting.
- Coordination during Extraction or Removal of Vehicle:In the event of vehicle being stuck in any ditch, pit or valley, coordination shall be done with external agencies where ever possible. Cost shall be borne by the Member on actuals. Any consequential damage during the process will be borne by the Member.
- Cab Assistance from Breakdown spot:To help the member continue with his/her journey onward from the Breakdown location, Company will arrange to provide taxi assistance from Breakdown spot. The cost and charges will have to be borne by the member and shall be payable to the Cab directly. Company does not guarantee the availability or quality of the taxi assistance offered to the Customer.
- Service at Home:If the Vehicle is having a breakdown at home, then Services mentioned above shall be provided on chargeable basis.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS TO SERVICE
- Any vehicle which has not been maintained regularly as per manufacturer guidelines and thus is not in roadworthy condition.
- When the driver of the vehicle is found to be in any of the situations that are indicated below:
- in state of intoxication or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, toxins or narcotics.
- driving without permission to drive or not having corresponding license for the category of the Vehicle or documents not in proper or valid state.
- Any event where breakdown is caused by deliberately inflicted damage, vandalism or participation in a criminal act or offence
- Any history where the Member has on prior occasions misused or abused the services.
- Accidents resulting from the illegitimate removal of the Vehicle.
- Accidents or breakdowns that occur when the Member or the authorized driver have infringed upon the regulatory ordinances as far as the requisites and number of persons transported, weight and means of things and animals that can be transported or the form of handling them etc.
- Any vehicle involved in or liable to be involved in legal case prior to or post immobilization or which is to be kept in an as-is state as evidence or for any legal requirements.
- Vehicle lacking documentation or requirements such as technical inspection of the Vehicles, obligatory insurance etc. legally necessary to ply on public roads
- Breakdowns or accidents caused by fuels, mineral essences, and other inflammable, explosive or toxic materials being transported in the Vehicle
- Any large or wild animals being transported in the Vehicle
- Those vehicles not powered exclusively by an internal combustion engine or running on LPG fuel.
VEHICLE SERVICE
The purchase of MyTVS membership shall be construed as an agreement between KI Mobility Solutions Private Limited (“Company”) and the Customer (“You”). The conditions mentioned in the invoice and job cards issued while servicing your vehicle (“Vehicle”) shall form an integral part of this agreement.
- This offer is applicable only for Vehicles within India. Services can be availed only in the following states:
- For PVs: The Services can be availed in the States of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka
- For CVs: The Services are available only in Tamil Nadu.
- Vehicle shall mean
- Vehicle in the Passenger Vehicle (PV) Category shall include the Vehicles as mentioned in Schedule A.
- This scheme is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation and is available only for selective brands and models of vehicles as mentioned above.

- For enrolment under the MyTVS Connect, you shall be required to submit a self-attested copy of your Vehicle registration document and such other documents as may be required by the Company. Company shall be entitled to reject your application if the information provided by you is incomplete. The Company reserves the right to cancel your membership if the information provided in the documents is found to be false.
- Where membership is purchased by a person other than the Legal Owner of the Vehicle (such as by your driver, family member, agent etc.), it is deemed that it has been purchased with the consent of and on behalf of the Legal Owner and the Company shall not be liable for/be party to any disputes between or relating to the same
- Membership is considered as activated upon the generation of the sale invoice by the selling outlet which you will sign at the time of generation of the sale invoice. Signing of the same by You or your representative shall be deemed as your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions mentioned herein.
- Company may offer the services either through its own outlets (hereinafter the “Authorized Service Outlets”) in the locations mentioned in Clause (1) above.
- Company may accept or reject any application for the membership at its sole discretion.
- For PVs, only vehicles which are manufactured from the year 2012 and have not exceeded 2,00,000 (two lakh) kilometres are eligible for enrolment under this membership.
- Vehicles running on CNG/LPG are not eligible for enrolment under MyTVS membership.
- Vehicles under Original Equipment Manufacturer warranty shall not be eligible for enrolment under this membership.
- You are entitled to avail the services from the date of activation.
- The services under the membership cannot be clubbed with the services availed prior to the activation of the membership.
- You can choose to cancel your membership. However, no refund of money will be made by the Company to you.
- Membership price and the services stated herein are fixed and cannot be altered or exchanged for any other service.
- You shall avail the services mentioned in the Scope of Services within a period of one (1) year from the date of activation of the membership.
- You should present the physical card to avail the services at the time of visiting the outlet/service centre.
- The service package covers the jobs/services mentioned under "Scope of Services covered under MyTVS membership" only, and does not cover any other jobs/services not mentioned therein. Any other services as may be availed by you shall be charged separately as per the applicable rates.
- Other jobs/services cannot be adjusted or exchanged with the services covered under this membership and this membership cannot be used for the regular mechanical and body repair services.
- If the Vehicle meets with any accident during the validity period, you can avail the services only after the accident repair of the Vehicle is completed.
- The membership cannot be linked/ clubbed with any other offers or promotional schemes of the Company.
- This membership can be purchased from any of the Company’s outlet by paying Cash or by use of Credit Card/Debit Card/Demand Draft/Net Banking or through e-wallets etc. Cheque payment is not allowed. The whole amount for the subscription shall be paid by you at the time of purchase of membership itself. No instalments or EMIs are allowed.
- Once the membership is activated, no refund in any form is allowed. After the validity period you shall not be eligible for any refund of any unutilized services, the said condition is applicable even if you have renewed the membership
- Each vehicle shall be entitled to only one membership which shall be based on the Registration Number of that vehicle.
- If you own multiple vehicles, you should pay and buy memberships separately for each vehicle as per your preference. No exchange of membership or services between your memberships/vehicles will be allowed.
- If the Vehicle is sold, within the membership validity period, the new owner shall be entitled to avail the unutilized services strictly during the validity period of the membership. To avail this, the new owner shall be obligated to submit all the documents or details as required by the Company.
- Services can be availed only at the Authorized Service Outlets within the business hours of the respective outlet. You are advised to call your preferred outlet and confirm the timing and other details with the respective outlet.
- Company shall be entitled to take the Vehicle to any other outlet on a need basis. However, in such cases, the Company shall be obligated to return the Vehicle to you.
- Company shall be entitled to add, delete, or modify the price or category of the Cards, services under the Scope of Services or list of Authorized Service Outlets in this package at its sole discretion. You are requested to check the Company website or get in touch with the outlet to know the updated information.

- Company shall not be liable for any refusal of service or for any loss, damage or expense arising to your Vehicle during servicing or while in our custody due to or during Acts of God including but not limited to floods, famine or adverse weather conditions, war or war like situations, riots, industrial disputes and every other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Card or the services under the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Chennai.
